Your home will be however you design it. Nolte Construction is a custom home builder. You get to choose everything from the floor plan to the finishes to the tile. Don't be overwhelmed, though! We have a local designer in place to help all of your ideas come to fruition.

How do I get started?

Give us a call and we will discuss floor plans. Then, we will meet with the designer for you to pick out your specifications. After that, we execute our contract, do an appraisal, and start construction! We also work with a variety of banks to help finance a construction loan, if you are interested in taking that route.
